acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases.\nAbility to create user journeys, wireframes and basic UI designs for responsive portals.\nUnderstanding of usability, accessibility and consistent UI design principles.\nAbility to prepare test scenarios/cases, execute functional, integration and regression testing, and manage defects.\nAbility to coordinate UAT and maintain requirements-to-test traceability.\nBasic API and database validation skills.\nStrong communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.\nCertifications & Licensure:\nEssential:\nRequirements elicitation and documentation fundamentals\nSoftware testing / QA fundamentals\nAgile / Scrum fundamentals\nDesirable:\nISTQB Foundation\nUI/UX or design-tool training/certification\nTools & Systems:\nEssential:\nJira / Confluence or equivalent\nFigma or similar wireframing/prototyping tool\nPostman\nMicrosoft Office / Visio\nSQL (basic queries)\nDesirable:\nTest management tools
