This role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting research and assessments, reviewing documentation, identifying potential risks, and supporting the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.\nConduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.\nReview, validate, and maintain compliance-related documents, reports, and records.\nResearch regulatory requirements and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and monitoring reports.\nInvestigate potential compliance issues and assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.\nPrepare compliance reports and present findings, recommendations, and identified risks to management.\nSupport internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.\nMonitor the completion of compliance training and promote awareness of relevant policies and regulations.\nMaintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of sensitive information.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Legal Management, or a related field.\nExperience in compliance, risk management, auditing, quality assurance, or a related role is an advantage.\nExperience in the Insurance industry.\nKnowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance practices.\nStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to handle
