requirements.\nRequirements, Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across cloud and/or on-premise environments\nArchitect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including compute, networking, storage, and security configurations\nLead infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated deployments\nOwn containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes\nMonitor system performance, capacity, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks\nDesign and maintain observability systems, including logging, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar)\nLead incident response efforts, perform root-cause analysis, and drive post-mortems for infrastructure-related outages\nEstablish and enforce (November-December) training engagements.\nDevelop and deliver training materials, guides, and documentation to support upskilling and smooth knowledge handover.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or a related role.\nStrong experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nHands-on experience with servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).\nStrong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, and routing.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.\nExperience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud security, access management, identity, and compliance best practices.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues.\nExperience designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and reliable infrastructure solutions.\nStrong understanding of performance optimization, capacity planning, and infrastructure cost management.\nExperience working with enterprise IT environments and production systems.\nAbility to create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and infrastructure standards.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.\nDemonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure risks.\nPrior experience mentoring or leading engineers a plus\nStrong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and driving successful project outcomes.\nPrior experience conducting Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, training, or facilitation for teams and/or clients is highly preferred.\nWillingness and availability to travel to Singapore for training in October, and to continue training
