The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing of material handling equipment, including forklifts.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine faults to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\nCarry out on-site, ad-hoc, and emergency repairs to minimise equipment downtime and operational disruptions.\nInspect and maintain key equipment components, including masts, chains, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical and electrical parts, in accordance with manufacturer specifications.\nEnsure all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.\nMaintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.\nMaintain good housekeeping and 5S standards at the workplace, service areas, and within the service vehicle.\nJob Requirements\nCertificate or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing material handling equipment.\nGood technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nBasic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.\nValid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\nResponsible, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced
