investigate and resolve alerts proactively.\nMonitor Internet bandwidth, network availability and performance; troubleshoot recurring connectivity issues.\nAdminister LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routing, multi-site connectivity, firewalls, VPN, MFA and network segmentation.\nMaintain CCTV infrastructure, recording systems and network connectivity; coordinate vendor support when required.\nMaintain network cabling, patching, topology diagrams and infrastructure documentation; support network improvement projects.\nPrepare infrastructure budgets, technical specifications and recommendations for servers, storage, network, security and related IT equipment.\nAdminister AD/Entra identity services, access controls, authentication systems and endpoint security management.\nMaintain fingerprint/attendance systems, integrations and technical configurations;
