Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer (Golang) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and build high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs that power Airlearn's platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to define and deliver features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
