Growth Product Manager

Instead of relying on backward-looking credit bureau data, we are building innovative products that turn anything from sales data to stock levels, bank transactions to marketplace performance into actionable underwriting intelligence. This is not a side feature of our product. It is the entire business.

We are moving fast, growing fast, and building the future of SME lending. We need a Product Owner who can own a product area end to end, ship consistently, and raise the bar for how we build.

Role Overview

Uncapped is hiring a Growth Product Manager, reporting directly to the COO, with two mandates from day one, equally weighted.

First, own the onboarding funnel end to end: instrument it, find where deals drop off, ship fixes, and measure the result. The first six months have a simple test: application-to-funded conversion moved, and there is a repeatable, instrumented growth system where there wasn't one before.

Second, own customer engagement. Uncapped earns when customers draw and use their funding, so the job doesn't stop at the funded deal. You will build features and tools that keep customers coming back: frictionless drawdowns, engagement triggers, and products embedded into how sellers run their business day to day.

The two mandates join into one system: design growth loops across the product suite, where usage of one product drives better offers, higher limits, and adoption of the next.

This is a product role. You will ship product changes and own the growth infrastructure sales runs on: attribution, lead routing, experimentation. Marketing campaigns and brand are not the job; the systems that make them measurable are.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is a fintech company focused on providing working capital to SMEs in North America and Europe.

We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.

What you will do

The funnel:

• Own funnel metrics from first touch to funded deal, and the experiment roadmap against them
• Ship onboarding and application flow improvements that lift conversion and reduce drop-off
• Build the conversion tracking and attribution foundation to scale paid acquisition
• Partner with sales and revops on lead routing, scoring, and handoff quality

Engagement and utilisation

• Build features and tools that keep customers coming back and drawing on their funding: frictionless drawdowns, engagement triggers, and workflow embedding
• Work with engineering to embed Uncapped products deeper into how sellers run their business day to day
• Design growth loops across the product suite, where usage of one product compounds into better offers and adoption of the next

What this role is not:

• Not a brand or content marketing role
• Not a strategy-only role. If you prefer decks to shipping, this is the wrong fit
• Not a channel optimiser role. One-off campaigns are not the job; compounding systems are

Requirements

Who you are

• 6+ years in product, with at least 2 in a dedicated growth role at a high-volume B2B, fintech, or e-commerce company
• A funnel track record with numbers attached. You can point to conversion metrics you moved and explain how
• Experience shipping features that moved a retention, engagement, or usage metric, not just top-of-funnel numbers
• AI native, non-negotiable. You use AI tools daily to research, build, automate, and ship. You can stand up agentic workflows, write effective prompts, and know when to build with AI versus buy. You should be able to demo this in interview
• Strong data skills. Comfortable in SQL, able to define metrics, size opportunities, and read experiment results without an analyst
• Experimentation discipline: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, measure, decide
• Bias to shipping. You do the work yourself rather than writing briefs for others

Nice to have ⭐

• US market experience. Selling to, or building funnels for US customers
• Lending, payments, or credit product experience
• Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart seller ecosystems
• SEO/AEO experience, including optimising for AI-driven search
