This role is central to translating AI opportunities into operational plans that can work across agency functions, with close collaboration across leadership and delivery teams.\nResponsibilities\nChampion the next AI sprint.\nWork closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to align vision to strategy.\nWork hands on with the Chief of Staff and department directors to build out, test, and implement the work.\nLead strategy, mapping, system architecture, project planning, implementation, and QA.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience operating in an agency or consulting-style environment, including managing multiple client contexts, translating strategy into scoped delivery, and working across creative, marketing, and web teams.\nHands-on experience taking AI initiatives from strategy through implementation, including designing AI workflows, running iterative AI sprints, and supporting testing and QA of AI solutions.\nStrong understanding of the agency industry and agency business operations, with experience in systems mapping across agency functions and solution architecture.\nHands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic, workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make, and vector databases.\nExperience working with ecommerce and marketing systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or GA4, as well as building standalone apps or intranets.\nExperience with implementation planning, QA processes, AI and technology adoption best practices, and working within a data governance framework.\nExperience partnering directly with senior leaders such as a CEO, Chief of Staff, and department directors to align vision to strategy, facilitate decisions, and drive cross-functional implementation.\nAbility to simplify complex AI and systems concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.\nProfessional fluency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with similar agencies and presenting a portfolio of relevant projects.\nUnderstanding of service fulfillment in lifecycle marketing, CRO, and website builds.\nAvailability for touchpoints during EST US business
