It means contributing to something bigger than yourself.\nPlacement Area\nApparel Development / Technical Design\nAs an Apparel Development & Technical Design Rookie, you'll help bring innovative apparel products from concept to creation. Working alongside design, merchandising, sourcing, and product development teams, you'll support the product creation process through fit evaluations, garment construction, technical specifications, and development execution. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to how performance apparel is designed, developed, tested, and brought to market. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Development, Product Development, Textile Science, or related fields.\nEligibility\nCurrently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028), or graduating in May/June 2027 and entering the program directly after graduation.\nLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nWorkplace Location\nBaltimore, MD headquarters office \nRelocation assistance provided.\nHybrid or fully in-office work schedule. \nHiring Process\nOur recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis.
