Working alongside recruiting and talent professionals, you'll contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent attraction strategies, candidate experience programs, and recruiting operations projects that support our hiring efforts. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to workforce planning, early talent programs, talent marketing, and the processes that help build a high-performing team. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related fields.\nWorkforce Architecture\nThe Workforce Architecture Rookie will help shape how Under Armour prepares its workforce for the future of work. You'll support projects spanning workforce planning, job design, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on understanding how new technologies and ways of working are reshaping roles across the business. Through hands-on projects, you'll gain exposure to workforce data analysis, work redesign, and the strategic planning that helps build a future-ready organization. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.\nEligibility\nCurrently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028), or graduating in May/June 2027 and entering the program directly after graduation.\nLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nWorkplace Location\nBaltimore, MD headquarters office \nRelocation assistance provided.\nHybrid or fully in-office work schedule. \nHiring Process\nOur recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis.
