This role provides hands-on experience in assessing supplier sustainability performance, validating data for the Supplier Assessment Program, supporting Supply Chain Worker Care initiatives, and fulfilling external industry reporting requirements.\nYou will have opportunities to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders-including suppliers, internal teams, industry partners, and peer companies-to drive sustainability efforts. You will gain valuable insights into the implementation and promotion of social sustainability within the apparel and sports industry.\nYour Impact\nAssist in the implementation of Supply Chain Worker Care Programs, including but not limited to Worker Voice, WeCare+, and Digital Trainings, by coordinating with suppliers and service providers to execute activities and monitor progress against KPIs.\nPerform data analysis using information collected from Worker Voice and digital training dashboards and portals to generate insights and support reporting.\nMaintain and update program guidebooks to ensure alignment with current practices and standards.\nConduct research on industry best practices and market trends related to employee wellbeing and gender empowerment, and contribute to the development of guidance documents.\nSupport the tracking of vendor sustainability performance and assist in preparing presentation materials for semi-annual business review meetings.\nHelp manage and troubleshoot auditing and remediation platforms, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.\nQualifications\nCurrently as a Year 2 or above undergraduate student, pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Governance, or Environmental Management.\nStrong data analysis capabilities, with experience using Excel, Tableau, or other data management and visualization tools considered an advantage.\nPrior internship experience in sustainability-related roles; experience in the garment or manufacturing sector is a plus but not required.\nDemonstrate creative thinking, an open-minded attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.\nOur Commitment to Equal Opportunity\nAt Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, family or paternal status and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
