This role collaborates with direct-toconsumer leadership, channel planning, store operations and channel merchandising teams to develop and execute the allocation plan and drive the business sales and margin plan while supporting the brand vision in stores.\nYour Impact\nOptimize inventory by identifying in-season opportunities and managing trends.\nPlan and execute floorsets collaborating cross-functionally for floorset activities.\nCoordinate product distribution by executing new product assortments.\nManage replenishment by maintaining stock-to-sales ratios.\nAnalyze inventory by supporting inventory chase opportunities.\nCreate reports by analyzing sales trends and drive business forward.\nReact to selling trends by proposing actionable plans.\nCommunicate effectively by sharing information and solutions.\nLead size management by overseeing size selling and analysis.\nInitiate & recommend improvements and enhancing allocation and replenishment procedures to elevate the brand.\nManage new store allocations overseeing assortments and replenishment.\nMonitor inventory levels and address out-of-stock issues.\nMonitor deliveries and communicate issues impacting floorsets.\nResolve system issues partnering with IT for resolutions.\nParticipate in planning by developing and presenting allocation strategies.\nBuild relationships and manage partnerships with retail field leaders.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree with typically 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience OR typically 8 years of relevant experience without degree\n3+ years of experience in Allocation, Planning or a related role.\nExperience in the apparel or footwear industry is preferred.\nExperience in executing successful Allocation strategies.\nUnderstanding of Allocation, with exposure to retail math and elements of inventory productivity measures (WOH, S/T, Builds)\nAbility to interpret data and assist in shaping business narratives (story telling), providing support for decision-making processes by contributing data-driven insights.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate key data findings to non-technical teams, with guidance, ensuring alignment with broader business goals\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results within timelines with accuracy and a strong sense of urgency.\nSelf-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative attitude\nDevelop skills in identifying problems and working with analytics tools to support basic\nrefinement of recommendations.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work within a team and support allocation & planning initiatives.\nSolid experience with data analysis & visualization tools for reporting and insights, with experience in allocation systems or similar planning tools.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nWorkplace Location\nLocation: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.\n Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week. \nSponsorship Eligibility: (US ONLY) UA does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based work authorization for this position at this time.\nRelocation\nNo relocation provided\nBase Compensation\n$75,000.00-$100,000.00 USD\nMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
