This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and collaborates across the organization to ensure the company achieves its financial & strategic goals. This role is responsible for key global P&L forecast & actuals reporting and partners closely on the broader forecast consolidation process, while supporting advanced financial modeling, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision support.\nYour Impact\nPartner with the global business units and key leadership to provide visibility to key revenue & gross margin drivers/stories to help drive the company to hit its financial & strategic targets\nProvide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected revenue, gross margin, and operating expense results; deliver meaningful storytelling into business performance\nDrive key management reporting initiatives at Under Armour; creating key templates and tools for a consistent, standardized review of financial data across every part of Under Armour\nSupport preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive leadership reporting packages, including business reviews and performance summaries\nCross-collaborate with partners in Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, IT/EDMA teams, etc.\nDesign, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, Power Query, and Excel to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.\nEvaluate and leverage AI-enabled capabilities, including Copilot and other emerging technologies, to improve financial analysis, reporting efficiency, and decision support.\nDeliver ad-hoc projects as needed\nQualifications\nExperience in financial modeling and management reporting, preferably in a Corporate/Global capacity as part of a medium/large multinational company\nStrong knowledge of management reporting best practices, financial reporting, and financial modeling\nExperience leveraging Power Query and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required\nProven ability of implementing automation or process optimization initiatives\nDemonstrated experience of consolidating forecasts, developing financial plans, and supporting executive-level reporting that requires high attention to detail\nExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross-functional teammates and business leaders\nAbility to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail\nCollaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgement\nSAP/IBPf and EPM system (OneStream, Oracle, etc) experience preferred\nEducation & Experience:\nB.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university; ideally in business administration, accounting/finance, or economics\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Planning.\nWorkplace Location\n\nLocation: Baltimore, MD\n\nWork Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week\nSponsorship Eligibility: (US ONLY) UA does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based work authorization for this position at this time.\nRelocation\nNo relocation provided\nBase Compensation\n$80,000.00 -$110,000.00 USD\nMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
