This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment.\nCompetencies\nEffective Communication\nAdaptagility\nKey Responsibilities\nReport concerns that need attention to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner\nTake pride in following protocol by meticulously and consistently ensuring our tents are clean, well-stocked, and ready to welcome our guests\nWork effectively with a team of housekeepers, under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, to ensure all tasks are successfully completed\nDemonstrate the stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions\nInteract regularly with co-workers and guests in a genuine, professional manner\nDemonstrate the ability to problem solve independently or in collaboration with your team and/or supervisor\nEagerly seek opportunities to ensure guests have everything they need\nThis includes changing bedding with fresh linens, sweeping floors, sanitizing the personal space, dusting, and organizing\nWork efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards\nOther duties as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAbility to follow direction\nStrong communication skills\nFriendly Team-Player\nPrior housekeeping experience preferred\nAdditional Information\nThis position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable.\nThis position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45lbs independently.\nPhysical demands associated with this position include extensive walking, standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and maneuvering in an outdoor environment on uneven surfaces.\nAbility to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind. \nThis position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.\nThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Under Canvas. \nCompensation and Benefits:\nUnder Canvas strives to provide a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that addresses the needs of our team members.
