scheduling, and coaching team members\nLead the housekeeping team in Under Canvas sustainability efforts\nLead your team to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards\nDevelop trust and mutual respect among the team\nParticipate in weekly and daily meetings to ensure the Housekeepers are well informed about upcoming events or groups, and any other special events or arrivals\nInspect what you expect from your housekeepers and provide timely, constructive feedback\nEnsure you are appropriately staffed and working efficiently with available resources\nOther duties as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nPrior housekeeping management\nAbility to set clear expectations and lead a team\nAttention to detail\nStrong communication skills\nUnderstanding of property management systems\nSolutions-oriented mindset\nAdditional Information\nThis position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable.\nThis position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs independently.\nPhysical demands associated with this position include extensive walking, standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and maneuvering in an outdoor environment on uneven surfaces.\nAbility to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.\nThis position is
