Our complete and diverse range of construction services includes gas transmission and distribution, electrical transmission and distribution, airport fueling facilities, industrial and special projects, telecommunications, and utilities.\nResponsibilities\nWorks with a team of Project Coordinators to ensure administrative activities are completed for the division\nSupports department with timecards, materials tracking, mark for locates, daily reports, scheduling, cost control, change-order tracking, vendor and subcontractor tracking, client billing, and pay invoices\nAssists the project team with the preparation of bid documentation and helps to prepare for bid reviews\nMeets work standards by following productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems, and identifying work process improvements as necessary\nHelps meet cost standards by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving actions\nUpdates job knowledge by going to the field, participating in educational opportunities, and getting to know/understand the division.\nEnhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.\nOther related duties and projects as assigned\nQualifications\nAssociates or bachelor's preferred, not required\n1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator role or related field\nExcellent communication skills\nReasoning ability, including problem-solving and analytical skills\nMicrosoft Office and Outlook Email\nTime Management and project management skills\nTravel requirements to job sites as neededMust be able to maintain a valid driver's license if travelling\n\nAbility to work extended hours when necessary for business needs\nExperience working in construction is a plus\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNone\nPhysical Requirements \nSedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
