With customers in 10+ countries and a growing presence internationally, our focus is global, our ambition is high, and our team is fully committed to being the go-to platform for experience creators worldwide.\nIn keeping with this momentum, we're growing Marketing Operations in Aarhus, the team that runs the marketing products our customers use to grow their business.\nThe team\nMarketing Operations is part of our Product organization and runs our marketing products for customers: Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites and reviews, with more on the way. Some are fully automated, some run on their own with people overseeing them, and some have a person in the loop at key steps. The team is AI-native: agents and in-house tools do much of the production and optimization, and people steer, check and improve the work. Next, we're becoming AI-led: the tools take on more of the production, and people spend more of their time on judgment and quality. You'll learn that way of working from day one. The team is three people today and growing.\nAbout the role\nThis is an entry-level role for someone early in their career, for example fresh out of university or just getting started. You don't need prior marketing experience. You need to be sharp, structured and ready to learn fast.\nAs a Marketing Associate you help deliver our marketing products to customers, reliably and to a high standard. You work with templates, SOPs and a shared task queue, and our AI tools and agents do much of the production. You steer, check and finish the work so campaigns go live on time and with consistent quality. We train you in the tools and workflows, and you help improve them as part of a team that relies on each other.\nWhat you'll do\nCreate and quality-check ad assets using our templates, AI tools and standards\n\nPick up customer requests from the team's shared queue and see them through to launch\n\nSchedule approved campaigns to go live on the agreed date and handle customer revisions quickly\n\nSupport weekly performance reviews for customers using our standard method\n\nWork closely with your team and Customer Success\n\nFlag what slows you down or causes rework, so the team and Product can fix it\n\nWhat success looks like\nIn your first three months, you will:\nLearn our templates, tools and workflows inside out\n\nDeliver ads with minimal rework\n\nHandle customer requests reliably and on time\n\nKeep your task status accurate so the team can always trust it\n\nTake customer requests from brief to live campaign independently by month three\n\nWe think you'll thrive if…\nYou're low ego, high agency and kind: you take initiative, make your colleagues' work easier, take feedback well and ask for help when you need it\n\nYou like structure: clear processes and deadlines help you do your best work\n\nYou care about your work: you finish what you start, and when something is at risk of slipping, you spot it early, say so and help fix it\n\nYou notice details others miss and take pride in work you'd be happy to put your name on\n\nYou're curious and eager to learn new tools, including AI tools\n\nYou have full professional proficiency in English\n\nIt's a plus if you…\nHave experience with Canva or Figma\n\nAre familiar with HubSpot or other marketing tools\n\nHave a basic understanding of paid advertising\n\nHave completed or are pursuing studies in a relevant field\n\nHave had professional or academic exposure to marketing or operations\n\nSpeak Spanish or Italian with full professional proficiency\n\nIf you recognize yourself in most of this, but not all, we would still like to hear from you.
