We combine the agility of a small company with the high standards of the medical device industry.\n\n_**Your role and team:\n\n**We are looking for an Application/IT Supporter who will be responsible for the technical deployment, support and ongoing operation of UNEEG's software solutions. You will help onboard new hospital customers, with a primary focus on the US market, while ensuring excellent service and operational continuity for our existing customers.\n\nYou will initially be part of Technology and later join the new Customer Enablement & Governance team. Working closely with the Project Lead, Customer Enablement & Governance, you will be the technical bridge between hospital IT teams and colleagues across Commercial, Clinical Operations and Technology. The role includes both remote and on-site support, and travel can be expected.\n\n**Your main responsibilities will be:\n\n**\n\nPlan, install, configure and test data transfer infrastructure solutions in hospitals\n\nProvide remote and on-site support for installations, upgrades, operation and troubleshooting\n\nTrain hospital IT staff and system administrators to maintain deployed solutions effectively\n\nMonitor and maintain hospital servers, cloud clients and Microsoft Azure environments\n\nTroubleshoot networking, data communication, application and system performance issues\n\nConfigure and manage virtual machines, containers and Kubernetes environments, and deploy patches and updates\n\nDocument support cases and technical issues in Jira and collaborate with software developers on resolution and product improvements\n\nMaintain deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides and other technical documentation in line with healthcare IT and data security requirements\n\n**You will thrive in this role if you:\n\n**\n\nAre service-minded, outgoing and persistent, and enjoy working directly with customers\n\nTake ownership, follow up rigorously and solve problems before they arise\n\nCan manage several tasks at the same time while staying structured and attentive to detail\n\nCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nEnjoy collaborating across commercial, clinical and software development teams\n\nAre flexible when customer needs occasionally require support across time zones or outside normal working hours\n\n**Your background:\n\n**\n\nAn education as an IT Support Technician or Data Technician, ideally focused on infrastructure, or a relevant degree in software development, infrastructure or a related field\n\nExperience or strong interest in customer-facing technical service or IT support; newly educated candidates with the right mindset are also encouraged to apply\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Azure, virtualization and container-based environments, including Kubernetes\n\nKnowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server, and scripting\n\nAbility to troubleshoot networking, application and system performance issues\n\nExperience with defect tracking and monitoring tools, such as Jira, Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor\n\nFluent professional English, both written and spoken\n\n**It will be an advantage if you have experience with:\n\n**\n\nHealthcare IT, hospital environments or deployment in public-sector organizations\n\nHealthcare data standards, hospital IT security protocols or clinical trial workflows\n\nITIL or similar service management methodologies\n\nData protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR and HIPAA\n\nSupporting international customers in Europe or the US\n\nRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator or Kubernetes Administrator\n\nApplicants must be eligible to work in Denmark and possess a valid work and residence permit if applicable.
