We combine the agility of a small company with the high standards of the medical device industry.\n\n_**Your role and team:\n\n**We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer who will strengthen cybersecurity and information security across UNEEG Medical's products, cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure. You will help ensure that our solutions are developed, deployed and operated securely as we grow in the US healthcare market and continue to support customers across Europe.\n\nYou will be part of Technology (R&D) and act as UNEEG Medical's cybersecurity subject-matter expert. Working closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Clinical Operations and Commercial, you will embed security throughout the product lifecycle, manage cyber risks and support customer and regulatory security requirements.\n\n**Your main responsibilities will be:\n\n**\n\nIdentify, assess and manage cybersecurity risks across products, cloud platforms and corporate systems\n\nDefine and maintain cybersecurity controls, policies, standards and procedures\n\nSupport secure-by-design practices, security reviews and threat modelling throughout product development\n\nAssist the software team in vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident response, including root-cause investigations and remediations.\n\nTranslate standards as ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 81001-5-1, HIPAA, GDPR into a set of pragmatic standard operating procedures for UNEEG Medical to follow in order to be cyber security compliant.\n\nMaintain security documentation, risk assessments and evidence for audits and regulatory submissions\n\nSupport cybersecurity requirements for medical devices and US healthcare market access\n\nAdvise internal teams and support customer security questionnaires, risk assessments and cybersecurity discussions\n\nPromote cybersecurity awareness and collaborate with external security partners and auditors\n\n**You will thrive in this role if you:\n\n**\n\nCombine solid technical expertise with a practical, hands-on and collaborative mindset\n\nSee security as an enabler and help teams create secure solutions rather than acting as a gatekeeper\n\nTake ownership of risks and remediation activities and follow issues through to completion\n\nAre structured and document decisions, actions and evidence systematically\n\nCan communicate complex security topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nEnjoy working across disciplines and continuously improving security practices\n\n**Your background:\n\n**\n\nA bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, IT infrastructure or a related field; equivalent practical experience may substitute formal education\n\nAt least 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure security or cloud security\n\nExperience with FDA cybersecurity requirements for medical devices\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure security services and cloud security architecture\n\nExperience with vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident response\n\nKnowledge of identity and access management, network security, endpoint security and secure system architecture\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity risk management frameworks and standards\n\nFluent professional English, both written and spoken\n\n**It will be an advantage if you have experience with:\n\n**\n\nMedTech, healthcare IT, SaaS or other regulated environments\n\nISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 81001-5-1, HIPAA, GDPR or similar frameworks\n\nDevSecOps and secure software development lifecycle practices\n\nPenetration testing management and security assessments\n\nKubernetes, container security or cloud-native architecture\n\nRelevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, AZ-500, Security+, SC-100 or equivalent\n\nApplicants must be eligible to work in Denmark and possess a valid work and residence permit if applicable.
