As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMA. Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality support.\nYour responsibilities:\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless integration from receipt through processing, shipment, billing, and archiving.\nImplement and refine logistics strategies to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery, aligning with organizational goals.\nLead the management of customer return requests, including tracking, disposition, and processing of credits or RMAs, ensuring adherence to company policies.\nEnsure all customer documentation requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to order status, shipments, invoices, returns, quotations, and company policies.\nMaintain consistent and timely communication with internal departments such as Technical Support, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes.\nCollaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory while minimizing excess and obsolete stock, aligning with supply chain best practices.\nGenerate and analyze reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.\nUtilize data analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.\nEstablish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms to evaluate and enhance supplier service and quality performance.\nQualifications:\nIn-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.\nExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify; proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.\nProven ability to analyze complex logistics challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.\nFamiliarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance across all logistics operations\n\nPhysical Demands/Environmental Factors\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.\nOccasionally required to stand and walk.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.\nUneekor Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
