We need someone who doesn't wait for requirements but identifies opportunities, takes ownership, and turns ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions.\nYour mission: Make Unframe dramatically more efficient, scalable, and AI-native.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnalyze and transform end-to-end workflows across departments, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and improvement.\nDesign and build sophisticated AI agents, multi-agent systems, and automation workflows.\nLead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, platforms, and business processes.\nIntegrate AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, databases, and development tools.\nOwn initiatives end-to-end - from problem discovery and architecture to hands-on implementation, deployment, and adoption.\nBuild reusable AI capabilities and infrastructure that scale across the organization.\nChallenge existing processes, drive innovation, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of software engineering experience, including building complex, production-grade systems.\n2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows.\nExceptional systems thinking - the ability to understand complex processes, connect the dots, and see the bigger picture.\nStrong ownership and independence - capable of turning ambiguous, cross-organizational challenges into working solutions.\nStrong proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript and backend system architecture.\nDeep experience with agentic AI, including tool calling, orchestration, context management, and multi-agent systems.\nFamiliarity with frameworks and protocols such as LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, MCP, and AI evaluation and observability tools.\nHands-on experience with AI-native coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.\nStrong business and product mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.Why join us?\n\nReal ownership from day one.
