You'll create AI-powered workflows, prompts, and agentic solutions that automate test generation, execution, failure analysis, and bug reporting. Working closely with Engineering, you'll help embed AI-driven automation across the entire R&D lifecycle.\nWhat you’ll do:\nBuild Playwright Automation: Design, build, and maintain reliable end-to-end automation frameworks with a strong focus on stability and low-flakiness.\nBuild AI-Powered Testing Workflows: Develop agentic workflows and LLM-driven pipelines for automated test generation, execution, self-healing, failure analysis, and bug creation.\nDrive AI Adoption: Lead the adoption of AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and similar across QA and engineering workflows.\nIntegrate with CI/CD: Embed Playwright automation and AI-driven analysis into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, including automated test reporting and root cause analysis.\nTest AI Features: Develop strategies to validate AI/LLM-powered product features, including prompt behavior, output quality, and agent state management.\nWhat we are looking for:\n4+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer.\n2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright.\nStrong programming skills in TypeScript or Python.\nDaily hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.\nExperience building AI-powered workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.\nStrong understanding of different LLMs and the ability to choose the right model for different tasks.\nExperience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions is a plus).\nExperience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus).\nWhy join us?\n\nReal ownership from day one.
