We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.\nWith over $100M in TCV secured within 12 months, and a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, Unframe is rapidly scaling globally alongside Fortune 500 customers, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Bookkeeper at Unframe, you'll take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial processes across our global operations.\nThis is a hands-on role that combines full-cycle bookkeeping with a strong focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full bookkeeping cycle, including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.\nManage accounting operations using NetSuite, Mesh, and Dokka, ensuring accurate financial records.\nHandle vendor payments, employee expenses, payroll reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.\nManage monthly closing activities, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and account reconciliations.\nPrepare VAT reports and support statutory reporting and annual audits.\nCollaborate with internal teams, external accountants, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.\nImprove and scale bookkeeping processes, leveraging AI tools such as Claude to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including month-end closing and financial reconciliations.\nHands-on experience with NetSuite, Mesh, and Dokka.\nPrevious experience in a technology company or startup, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations.\nStrong proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, with demonstrated experience applying AI to day-to-day work and improving operational efficiency.\nSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.\nAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong English communication skills.\nHigh level of ownership, accuracy, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a global, multi-entity environment, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.\nExperience with MCP integrations and connecting AI tools to external systems.\nWhy join us?\nReal ownership from day one.
