You’ll lead a team of Full Stack Engineers focused on building reusable AI services, scalable APIs, a dynamic UI engine, and shared infrastructure that powers every solution we deliver. We work on-site from our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide architecture and execution while mentoring engineers and ensuring technical excellence.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.\nDrive the design and implementation of core AI building blocks, backend services, and frontend components.\nOwn platform-wide features such as user management, multi-tenant abstractions, and solution dashboards.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teams to ensure the platform meets business and technical goals.\nDefine and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture.\nWhat we are looking for:\n6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.\nBackground in AI/ML, LLMs, or prompt-based applications.\nProven ability to design scalable APIs, services, and reusable UI components.\nStrong proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, etc.).\nExperience building platforms or working in complex, multi-solution product environments.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with design systems, multi-tenant architecture, or enterprise-grade platforms.\nFamiliarity with backend performance optimization, observability, and database design.\nWhy join us?\n\nReal ownership from day one.
