This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.\nWhat you’ll do:\n* Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.\n* Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.\n* Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.\n* Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.\n* Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.\n* Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.\nWhat we are looking for:\n* Strong GTM recruitment experience.
