This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys partnering closely with managers and employees. You'll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring our people processes scale alongside our business.\nThis is a hybrid role, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in person and can join the team in our office a few days each week.\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and employee development.\nOwn the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our global workforce, from offer stage and onboarding through development and offboarding, partnering closely with Employer of Record (EOR) providers.\nServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters in a global, cross-cultural environment.\nLead and continuously improve core HR processes, including performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, and talent planning.\nCoach and support managers through complex employee relations and people challenges across multiple geographies.\nDrive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, company culture, and the overall employee experience across distributed teams.\nEnsure People operations, policies, and processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs as the company grows.\nWhat we’re looking for\n8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Operations, or similar role.\nExperience supporting globally distributed teams, with a strong understanding of US employment practices and work culture.\nExperience managing global employment through Employer of Record (EOR) providers, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.\nExperience working in a high-growth startup or other fast-paced environment.\nComfortable collaborating across multiple time zones.\nNative-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and organizational levels.\nProven experience coaching managers through performance, organizational, and employee relations challenges.\nHigh emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.\nExperience with organizational development, leadership coaching, or talent management is a plus.\nWhy join
