manufacturing environment, on-site role.\n\nRole Purpose:\n\nReporting to the National Sales Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to deliver volume, revenue, and Market share growth by effectively managing the Sales Regional Teams to deliver implementation of business plans whilst delivering superior customer experience through TSRs & TDRs across the Region.\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nTrade & Outlet Execution \n\nExecution of Outlet against picture of success QDVPPP\n\nDrive execution of cycle plans – Promotions and other trade initiatives\n\nMonitor competitive activities through the team and advice the NSM accordingly.\n\nMonitor Price compliance. \n\nOutlet Development\n\nBuild and develop collaborative relationships with retail & Farmers.\n\nDevelop, Review and Implement Route plan for TSRs & TDRS.\n\nEnsure merchandising and execution standards.\n\nDrive Horizontal expansion through new outlet Listing.\n\nSales and Market share growth \n\nManages and measures sales targets daily, weekly and Monthly and take corrective action\n\nAllocate execution resources (e.g. POS / promotional material etc.) for maximum return.\n\nMonitor route coverage by Distributors.\n\nManage Sales orders, Sell-In and Out address any gaps to ensure no OOS in retail\n\nIdentify and realize sales opportunities in within the Unga Category\n\nDrive consistent sales volume growth.\n\nDistributor Management\n\nEnsure OG is realised at all Distributors as per agreed purchase plans and as per agreed and signed off company targets.\n\nTrack monthly Distributor financial health Proactively develop, facilitate, re-engineer best practices, and sustain amazing relationships with distributors.\n\nProactively works to maintain a healthy Brand/Pack mix in Volume that generates a healthy P&L for Unga.\n\nManagement of Distributor Accounts Receivables\n\nInventory Optimisation \n\nEnsure application of suitable methodology to ensure maintenance of appropriate stock levels across the Distributors.\n\nProvide support and guidance to Distributors and other dealers in ensuring stock optimisation.\n\nPeople Management \n\nProvide guidance and support to the team on Distributor operating standards.\n\nIdentify gaps and build capability for the TDRs, Distributors and DSRs.\n\nOrientation, induction, and training of team members.\n\nManage Performance daily.\n\nWeekly coaching and accompaniment of the Teams in Trade.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Animal Production or Veterinary Medicine(Business related Degree with sales experience in the Livestock value chain)\n\nPost Graduate Diploma in Marketing would be an added advantage.\n\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in
