We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Business Analyst to join our UniQue Brussels team.\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple projects in a European institutional environment. The role combines business process analysis, requirements management and testing with development planning and delivery coordination. The successful candidate will translate business needs into actionable requirements, coordinate development activities and help ensure the timely delivery of project releases.\nWhat will you be bringing to the team?\nAnalyse, evaluate and document business processes, requirements and business data.\nGather and translate business needs into functional specifications, software requirements and user stories.\nDevelop and maintain business process models using BPMN, UML and other relevant modelling techniques.\nDefine and propose development scenarios, outlining scope, release breakdowns, priorities and implementation plans.\nPrepare and maintain development roadmaps, release plans and detailed work schedules across multiple projects.\nIdentify dependencies between projects, coordinate development activities and monitor progress against agreed plans and milestones.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, users, project leaders and developers to clarify requirements, agree priorities and ensure alignment on deliverables.\nCoordinate day-to-day development activities and support developers in achieving planned outcomes.\nContribute to business cases, project charters, security plans and risk assessments.\nOrganise meetings, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.\nPrepare and update test plans and test scenarios, verify developments against requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to succeed in this position?\nMaster + 15 years of relevant experience\n5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.\n2+ years of experience with BPMN and ARIS Architect or another business process modelling tool.\n2+ years of experience with UML and with Microsoft Visio.\n1+ year of experience documenting business requirements and software features using user stories.\nStrong analytical skills and a sound understanding of business analysis, requirements engineering, Agile methodologies and process modelling.\nKnowledge of use-case, state, entity-relationship and interaction diagrams.\nPractical knowledge of Jira, Microsoft applications, SQL and UAT testing.\nAbility to analyse requirements, prepare test scenarios and validate software developments against agreed specifications.\nBackground in development planning, roadmapping, release management and cross-project dependency coordination.\nAbility to coordinate developers and organise work across several concurrent projects.\nStrong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with European institutional environments and PM² or other project management methodologies.\nGood written and spoken English.\nFrench is an
