# Business Application Support Consultant

What will you be bringing to the team? Become Contact point for users with business applications support requests/issues Provide timely technical assistance to end-users via collaboration and ITSM tools (like MS Teams, ticketing systems) Utilize ITIL best practices for service request fulfilment, incident and problem management resolution. Record all relevant incident and service requests details and allocating categorization and prioritization Provide 1st level investigation and diagnosis Resolve incidents and service requests by applying 2nd level Business Support Escalate incidents and service requests to 3rd level support teams Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position? Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related role Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support for software solutions Proficiency in end-user support and information systems assistance Strong knowle
