We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Disaster Recovery Governance Program Lead to join our UniQue team.\nWhat will you be doing in this role?\nSupport the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating the ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) workstream within the Data Centre Team.\nContribute to ICT DR plan definition, review and upkeep for in-scope services.\nCoordinate the DR planning, testing, reporting and remediation cycle.\nMaintain DR readiness visibility through dashboards, evidence status and action tracking.\nAct as the Data Centre Team focal point for ICT DR coordination towards BCM and internal stakeholders.\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to succeed in this position?\nAt least Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity support or service governance.\nAt least 3 years of experience in disaster recovery(DR), business continuity support, resilience coordination or service recovery governance.\nProven experience in coordinating cross-functional tasks and follow-up across multiple technical teams.\nGood understanding of ICT Disaster Recovery governance and operational readiness within IT / Data Centre environments.\nAbility to translate BCM requirements, BIA outputs and continuity expectations into structured ICT DR activities and deliverables.\nStrong coordination skills across infrastructure, operations, applications, security, IAM, vendors and BCM stakeholders.\nExperience in DR planning, test cycle coordination, reporting and remediation tracking.\nAbility to maintain DR governance artefacts, review cycles, ownership models and readiness reporting.\nWorking knowledge of backup, restore, replication, failover/failback and service recovery concepts.\nGood understanding of major incident, change and problem management processes.\nAbility to define and monitor DR readiness KPIs, dashboards and action status.\nStrong communication, facilitation, follow-up and escalation management skills.\nAbility to manage documentation and reporting in controlled information domains, including Unclassified and Restricted.\nExperience in maintaining plans, reports, action trackers, test calendars or governance artefacts.\nAbility to support management reporting and structured stakeholder communication.\nExperience in regulated, critical or audit-sensitive environments is an advantage.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to drive actions to closure.\nAbility to work as a member of the Data Centre Team while supporting the Data Centre Team Lead in ICT DR-related activities.\n Required certificates:\nAt least ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent\nAnd at least 1 certificate among: (Each equivalent certification must be recognized internationally)\nCBCI or equivalent\nDRI ABCP / CBCP or equivalent\nISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent\nor an equivalent certification in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery\nGood knowledge of English B2 level.\nAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
