We are continuously growing and we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our UniQue team.\nWhat will you be doing in this role:\nImplementing new configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform\nAnalysing and advising on requests for implementation of new functionalities of ServiceNow platform\nTesting and validating proposed changes\nWriting and implementing written code to ServiceNow platform\nPerforming application and code reviews to ensure system integrity\nManaging and maintaining ServiceNow instance, including all files and services on which the instance is built (binaries, configuration, key stores, tomcat, java, local backup, performance tuning etc.) ensuring functionality and security compliance\nMaintaining ServiceNow up to date, upgrade and apply application patches\nManaging and maintaining MariaDB database files and services used by ServiceNow\nAnalyse and resolve application related incidents and perform bug fixes\nProviding recommendations to business requirements and contributing to technical designs\nMaintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to succeed in this position?\nA Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of IT relevant professional experience with minimum 2 years in a similar position.\nExcellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-prem will be advantageous).\nExcellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others).\nPractical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.\nExcellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management.\nExcellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio.\nExcellent practical knowledge of Service Management.\nExperience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation.\nKnowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).\nWell understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.\nKnowledge of IT security standards.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate are required.\nVery good command of spoken and written English (B2).\nAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
