integration, infrastructure, and security domains.\nLead the architectural design of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises solutions.\nDefine and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, reference architectures, architectural patterns, and technology standards to ensure consistency across projects and platforms.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, development teams, infrastructure specialists, and security experts to ensure architectural alignment and successful solution delivery.\nProvide architectural leadership and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and operational transition.\nEstablish and promote architecture governance practices, ensuring compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, architectural alternatives, and enterprise platforms, recommending solutions that balance business value, cost, performance, maintainability, and technological innovation.\nLead architectural reviews, identify technical risks and dependencies, and guide teams in making informed architectural decisions.\nMentor solution architects and technical teams, promoting architectural excellence, standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.\nContribute to technical proposals, solution assessments, and architecture designs for complex enterprise and public-sector projects.\nRequirements\nTo excel in this role, you should possess:\nA Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 13 years of industry experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 17 years of experience.\nExtensive experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including the design and delivery of large-scale, complex, and mission-critical IT systems.\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, and familiarity with architectural modeling approaches such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, and C4.\nProven ability to define target-state architectures, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and architectural standards.\nAdvanced knowledge of architectural approaches, including service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-driven integration.\nUnderstanding of cloud computing and hybrid IT architectures, including platforms such as Microsoft Azure.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and patterns, including RESTful and SOAP services, API management, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), messaging, and event streaming.\nBroad technical knowledge of enterprise application technologies and platforms, such as Java, .NET, containerization, Kubernetes, and modern web application architectures.\nGood understanding of enterprise data architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, data integration, and data management principles.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust principles, and secure-by-design approaches.\nKnowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD practices, and modern software delivery methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and make informed technology decisions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated technical leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\nPreferred qualifications:\nEnterprise Architecture certification, such as TOGAF, or equivalent professional qualifications.\nProfessional certifications in cloud architecture, particularly Microsoft Azure.\nExperience in designing architectures for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly in public-sector or complex enterprise environments.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture management tools and architecture repositories.\nExperience with container orchestration and enterprise application platforms such as Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.\nKnowledge of modern data platforms, analytics architectures, artificial intelligence, and emerging enterprise technologies.\nExperience with architecture governance, architectural review boards, technical risk assessments, and technology standardization.\nExperience contributing to technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture for complex IT
