We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our UniQue team.\nWhat will you be doing in this role?\nManage large-scale web and digital projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across websites, web publishing tools, internet applications and ICT.\nOversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation, completion and evaluation.\nDevelop project strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables, estimating workloads and allocating the necessary resources.\nMonitor project progress and implementation, identify potential issues and take corrective action to ensure timely delivery.\nPrepare project status reports and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.\nSupport business users and assist with the deployment, configuration and ongoing improvement of digital systems.\nManage and implement project change requests.\nLead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and the continuous development of team members.\nSupport community building and engagement activities.\nContribute to digital content creation and moderation.\nSupport internal and external communication activities.\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to succeed in this position?\nMaster's degree in a relevant field and minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.\nProven experience and expertise in web, content creation and digital communication.\nExcellent knowledge of IT project management methodologies and principles, particularly in the context of web and software development.\nKnowledge of web accessibility standards and principles.\nStrong reporting, documentation and presentation skills.\nExcellent analytical, organisational and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate and interact effectively with management and staff at all levels.\nProven teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and accommodate the needs, objectives and constraints of different disciplines and functions.\nDemonstrated leadership skills, autonomy and ability to take initiative.\nStrong methodological approach, accuracy and attention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.\nAbility to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, with a proactive and self-starting approach.\nAdvanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken) and French (B2).\nAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
