# Web Project Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Manage large-scale web and digital projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across websites, web publishing tools, internet applications and ICT. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation, completion and evaluation. Develop project strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables, estimating workloads and allocating the necessary resources. Monitor project progress and implementation, identify potential issues and take corrective action to ensure timely delivery. Prepare project status reports and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency. Support business users and assist with the deployment, configuration and ongoing improvement of digital systems. Manage and implement project change requests. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and the continuous development of team members. Support community building and engagement activities.
