VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).\nImplement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.\nEnsure infrastructure security by applying updates, patches, and industry best practices.\nCollaborate with IT and development teams to support deployments, migrations, and upgrades.\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.\nProvide Tier 2 support for escalated issues and outages.\nParticipate in on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure-related incidents.\nQualifications:\nKknowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).\nExperience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems (SAN/NAS), and cloud platforms.\nFamiliarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN,
