We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our digital products. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into successful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog.
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
- Track product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
- Identify usability issues and recommend product enhancements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.
