This is a hands-on, data-heavy role suited to someone who is strong with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable presenting findings clearly to multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:\n1. Generate invoices and perform end-to-end reconciliation of partner, university, and student accounts.\n2. Perform bank reconciliation and match receipts against invoices, bookings, and payouts.\n3. Maintain reconciliation trackers with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.\n4. Track outstanding receivables and follow up directly with universities and partners for payment closure.\n5. Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in invoices, payments, and commission calculations.\n6. Work cross-functionally with Finance, BI, and Business teams to resolve reconciliation issues and close open items.\n7. Analyse large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets and present findings in a structured, decision-ready format.\n8. Prepare periodic reconciliation summaries, ageing reports, and status dashboards for leadership.\n9. Support Finance and BI teams in validating data flowing between CRM, billing, and reporting systems.\n10. Ensure documentation, records, and audit trails are complete and up to date.\n11.
