等）における、法務関連業務全般をご担当いただきます。\n業務内容\n・契約書の審査・作成、契約条件・契約方針に関する事業部門への助言\n・法的トラブル・紛争案件への対応、外部弁護士との連携\n・コンプライアンス関連業務\n・総会、取締役会運営業務\n・稟議事務局運営、査読対応等\n※変更の範囲：会社内でのすべての業務\n魅力\n法務部門は2024年に発足したばかりの若い組織であり、まだ整備途上の段階にあります。\nそのため、既存ルールの見直しや新たな制度設計、大規模ユーザーとの契約交渉、社内コンプライアンス研修の企画など、幅広い法務業務に主体的に取り組めるチャンスが豊富です。\n「整える・仕組みをつくる」といったフェーズに関わりながら、会社全体の成長を法務の面から支えるという、ダイナミックな経験ができる環境です。\n法務部門の専門性強化に向け、これまでの企業法務経験を活かし、早期に担当業務を自律的に遂行いただくことを期待しています。\nまた、OJTや外部研修等を通じて、当社事業への理解や専門性をさらに高められる環境を整えています。\n応募資格\n必須要件\n企業法務に関する実務経験3年以上\n※経験業界問わず\n・契約書のレビュー・作成・交渉対応\n・株主総会・取締役会の運営補助や議事録作成\n・コンプライアンス体制の整備・運用、社内研修企画等\n歓迎要件\n・情報サービス業に係る取引契約の審査およびドラフト作成の実務経験（２年以上）\n・社内向け法務研修の講師や教育啓発活動の経験\n働き方\n・平常時は６～７割がテレワークでの勤務となります。\n・ただし、トラブル対応などが発生した場合は、連日出社となることもあり、出社率が5割を超えることもあります。\n・入社後の初期3ヶ月～1年程度は、業務習熟や引き継ぎのため、出社比率が比較的高くなることを想定しています。\n職種
