appropriate guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and error handling.\n\nImplement monitoring, logging, and testing strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and traceability of AI-driven systems.\n\nSoftware Architecture & Engineering Excellence\n\nTake ownership of technical solutions from initial requirements through production deployment.\n\nDesign architectures that balance rapid prototyping with enterprise-level quality and reliability.\n\nMaintain engineering standards across code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nReview, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production readiness.\n\nIdentify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve system performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on development of production applications.\n\nStrong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.\n\nRecent, practical experience designing, developing, or integrating AI/LLM-based solutions.\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding agents in daily software development workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of AI-assisted development, including code validation, debugging, and common failure modes of coding agents.\n\nExperience building or integrating LLM-powered applications, including retrieval mechanisms, context management, and output validation.\n\nSolid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and production engineering practices.\n\nExperience with automated testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD processes.\n\nAbility to independently investigate complex technical problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to engineering quality.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work effectively in dynamic environments where requirements may evolve or initially be undefined.\n\nAdditional Relevant Experience\n\nThe following experience would be valuable for this role:\n\nDesigning and implementing multi-agent AI systems and agent orchestration workflows.\n\nBuilding Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\n\nImplementing LLM evaluation, guardrails, fallback strategies, and observability.\n\nWorking on enterprise-grade AI applications with strict reliability and quality requirements.\n\nParticipating in customer-facing engineering projects or enterprise solution delivery.\n\nTaking technical ownership of projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex business
