interests, and individual circumstances to provide appropriate guidance.\n\nExplain admission requirements and application procedures to prospective students.\n\nAssist applicants with completing application forms, gathering supporting documents, and submitting applications.\n\nCoordinate with the admissions team to track application progress and facilitate timely decisions.\n\nMaintain accurate records of student inquiries, communications, and application progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.\n\nIdentify challenges that may prevent prospective students from enrolling and help develop practical solutions.\n\nSupport student recruitment and enrollment initiatives to convert prospective applicants into registered students.\n\nKeep up to date with academic programs, admission policies, and available financial aid opportunities.\n\nProvide accurate, timely, and personalized information to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nExperience\r\n\nPrevious experience in student recruitment, student advising, admissions, or enrollment management is an advantage.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies\r\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective students.\n\nEmpathy and a student-focused approach to advising.\n\nGood problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nAbility to organize application records and follow up on multiple student
