complex enterprise platforms and third-party systems, particularly systems owned or managed by different engineering teams.\n\n- Ability to understand existing architectures, APIs, dependencies, data flows, and operational constraints, and make integrations reliable and scalable.\n\n- Strong engineering process and operational discipline, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, observability, monitoring, incident management, and structured release processes.\n\n- Experience building systems that are reliable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.\n\n- Comfortable taking ownership, identifying gaps, making pragmatic technical decisions, and delivering solutions despite incomplete requirements or real-world operational constraints.\n\n- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, business, and external technology teams to drive projects from concept through production.\n\n- Willingness to travel periodically to Mumbai and Pune and collaborate with
