infrastructure and ensuring seamless deployments to production.\n\n- Release Management : Drive the end-to-end release cycle, coordinating between stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.\n\n- Hands-on Development : While this is a leadership role, you aren't afraid to dive into the code to solve critical bottlenecks or architectural challenges.\n\nTechnical Requirements : \n\n- Experience : 5+ years of experience in professional software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior capacity.\n\n- Full-Stack Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Express.js, React/Angular, and Node.js.\n\n- Proven Track Record : Successful delivery of 3+ significant projects.\n\n- System Design : Deep understanding of distributed systems, database schema design, and API optimization.\n\n- AI Project Portfolio : Must have successfully delivered at least 3+ projects, with significant experience in AI/ML integration (e.g., RAG pipelines,
