Role Overview :
As a Lead AI/ML Engineer based in Bangalore, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated machine learning systems that drive our core product innovation. Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy high-performance AI models that optimize system efficiency and enhance predictive accuracy for our global client base.
- Lead the development of scalable ML infrastructure to streamline the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data ingestion to production monitoring.
- Integrate Generative AI frameworks into existing product suites to automate workflows and provide personalized user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence through rigorous code reviews and architectural design sessions.
- Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that AI initiatives align with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade models using Tensorflow and PyTorch, with a deep understanding of AI architecture patterns.
- Proven ability to design and maintain robust ML pipelines, ensuring high availability and low latency in distributed computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of navigating ambiguous requirements to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and scaling machine learning systems within high-growth technology organizations.
