Lead solution architecture design, guide and mentor teams to develop high quality solutions\nBe a sought-out partner by Sales. Support consulting representation in sophisticated solution selling, collaborating with Sales to define initial architectural approaches and identify potential challenges and associated solutions.\nDrive the continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance. Partner with and enable Sales to develop accurate scoping and cost estimates Mentor others on the team, from new hire on-boarding to complex implementation issues.\nLead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge with clients, partners and colleagues via direct interaction and Adobe communities.\nDiagnose the client's technical environment and how they use Adobe technology to recommend options for improvement.\nEfficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as key internal initiatives.\nPlay a key role as a change agent in pursuit of constant tuning and improvement of our practice.\nEffectively analyze complex project issues, identify the possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with the client.\nProactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying ahead of Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.\nRequirements:\n5-10 years’ experience in the Web and/or ECMS technologies\n3+ years of direct client consulting experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.\nArticulate technical solutions and how they can solve client business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAdapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and in complicated situations, employing strong facilitation skills and establishing credibility and trust quickly.\nEngage sales teams and understand the dynamics of the sales process.\nConceptually understand business requirements and translate them into architecture, design and development activities for our most sophisticated and large Web based solutions.\nDesire to help build and strengthen a team-oriented environment and to mentor and guide others in areas of your expertise both formally, as part of engagements, and informally.\nProvide guidance and leadership in planning and other delivery process activities and implement engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.\nKnowledge in the Sling or OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles or ExtJS framework, Dispatcher or CDNs a plus.\nProficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.\nOptimizing web solutions and architecting to accommodate performance requirements.\nDebugging and appropriate debugging tools usage skills in general TCP/IP networking, UNIX Operating system, HTTP protocol and request processing, SMTP, etc.\nExposure to the latest AEM Cloud Service is a plus.\nMastery in at least one of the current SQL dialects.\nKnowledge of HTML, DHTML, JS, CSS, Jamstack, etc.\nProficiency in XML and related technologies, e.g. definition and interpretation of DTDs, supporting architectures etc., preferably also including XSLT, extended DTD know how, XML dialects such as SOAP, WML, ICE, etc.\nAdministration and debugging of Web servers, e.g. Apache.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience.\nInterested Candidates:\n\nPlease share your updated resume along with your expected W2 hourly rate.\nEmail: \nContact: Hari\nCompany: Unicon Systems Inc.\n#Hiring #Adobe #AEM #TechnicalArchitect #RemoteJobs #W2Jobs #AdobeExperienceManager\nThis is a remote position.\nCompensation: $70.00 -
