Finance.\n·Understands\nand contributes to the development of the Sites demand for Services and\nportfolio of Business Applications changes and demand for new business systems\ncapabilities.\n·Forecasting,\nmonitoring and reporting of demand and fulfillment for catalog and non-catalog\ncapabilities and services.\n·Financial\nplanning, monitoring, and reporting of Site Infrastructure & Operations\nfinancial performance\n·Sets\npriorities for Continual Service Improvement against both internal and external\nreferences and communicates to delivery units including partners.\n·Performs\nMonthly review of Operations Site performance with Site Business management and\nIT Management\n·Local\nsoftware application management and compliance\n·Manages\nlocal staff according to company HR policies\n·Ensure\nIT Service meets Audit compliance\nRequirements\n·At\nleast 8 years working experience in IT out of which at least 4 years of\ndemonstrated experience in managing IT Infra projects or improvement programs,\ninfluencing business leadership.\n·4\nyears working experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and Operations\n·Working\nknowledge of Incident/Problem/Change management frameworks such as ITIL\n(certification is a plus).\n·Service\ndesk support management\n·Experience\nin Network management, Data Center operations\n·Experienced\nand skilled in working with virtual teams cross-function and cross the globe in\na large international company\n·Ability\nto understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled\nby IT\n·Business\noperational experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred\n·Energy\nand self-propelling with high level of inter-personal skills\n·Strong\nanalytical and soft skills\n·Ability\nto deal with complex organizations and situations and the ability to deliver\nunder pressure;\n·Team\nplayer and experienced team builder combined with strong leadership skills\nFluency in English (Spoken and
