This role partners closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to define and deliver data products that drive decision-making and operational efficiency in revenue cycle management.\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ventra’s analytics and dashboarding products.\nLead product discovery with internal stakeholders across the revenue cycle to identify data needs and align product priorities with business goals.\nTranslate complex business problems into clear, scalable product solutions, balancing short-term needs with long-term architecture and data strategy.\nPartner with Power BI developers and data engineers to deliver robust, intuitive dashboards built on trusted, well-modeled data.\nPrioritize the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive release planning using Agile tools, preferably Azure DevOps.\nDevelop and maintain documentation, user guides, and technical specifications using Confluence.\nEvaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data usage patterns.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives with business operations, data governance, and IT teams.\nSupport stakeholder communications and occasionally participate in client discussions to represent product vision and roadmap.\nChampion a data product mindset across the organization, promoting the value of clean, actionable data.\n6-9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.\nCSPO Certification\nProven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment.\nStrong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.\n\nStrategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes.\nDeep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases.\nExpertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps.\nStrong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
