discussions\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with Java as your main language\n\n• Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML and LLM-based solutions (e.g. model integration, RAG,\n\nagents, vector databases, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs)\n\n• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and CI/CD\n\n• Solid knowledge of SQL and data handling at scale\n\n• Fluent English, written and spoken\n\n• Ability to work independently in a client-facing, distributed team\n\nNice to have\n\n• Python, plus experience with other languages such as Go or TypeScript\n\n• Telecom domain experience (roaming, billing, signaling, network data)\n\n• MLOps experience (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or similar)\n\n• Kubernetes and microservices
