Work format is hybrid or fully remote.\nWhat you will do\nImplement Pulumi modules and components within the agreed architecture\nPort parts of the legacy database abstraction and get them working\nWrite and run the full-rebuild tests that prove the environment can be recreated from code\nBuild Grafana dashboards and alert rules, and move existing ones over from Datadog\nImplement the configuration toggles and the tooling for on-demand ephemeral environments\nMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and self-hosted runners on the cluster\nCreate templates and docs so developers manage their own alerts and dashboards through repositories\nOperate the cluster day to day (upgrades, troubleshooting) and review teammates' pull requests\nWhat you bring\n4-5 years of experience\nHands-on production Kubernetes experience beyond deploying apps: you have operated clusters, handled upgrades, and troubleshot real incidents\nHands-on experience inside an Azure environment designed by others: AKS, storage accounts, Key Vault, resource groups\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform is fine, Pulumi is a plus), and comfortable writing object-oriented Python (modules, classes, abstractions)\nWorking knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem: GitOps, service mesh / CNI, observability, secrets, policy engines\nCI/CD experience: you build and maintain pipelines, self-hosted runners, and GitOps delivery\nReviews teammates' pull requests competently\nConfident spoken English for daily work with the client team\nSelf-directed: productive from goals and a moving backlog, not only fully specified tickets\nNice to have\nPulumi in production\nIstio, Cilium, Argo CD, Kyverno, Kubescape, external-secrets, Kiali\nGrafana stack (dashboards, alerting, tracing) at production
