Join our team and see where the flight benefits can take you.\nJob Summary:\nResponsible for supervising a team of agents cleaning airport facilities and operating facility cleaning equipment.\nBenefits:\n Flight Privileges: Offered after 30 days for employees and eligible family members!\nWeekly pay for hourly employees (CA employees are paid bi-weekly)\nFull time starts at 30 hours per week!\nPaid time off (for full-time employees).\nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (for full-time employees).\n401k for all employees.\nExclusive discounts and additional wellness programs.\nJob Duties:\nSupervises a team of agents in janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities to ensure a safe and effective operation. \nResponsible for shift schedule to include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. \nResponds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter. \nCommunicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues. \nSchedules and conducts shift meetings.\nTrains, coaches, counsels, and mentors’ employees in compliance with station policies.\nMonitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.\nPromotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.\nPerform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent education.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nPossess a valid Driver’s License.\nMust be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOne year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.\nPhysical requirements:\nMust be able to frequently lift and carry, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs;
