From finding and hiring great people to building a workplace where people and managers do their best work. You stay close to the business, keep things simple and practical, and bring the Unifi way to life in the moments that matter. \nResponsibilities \nOwn the end-to-end employee journey. Keep managers informed and provide practical insights to support people decisions \nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard to fill roles, ensuring we are always ready for growth \nManage relationships with external recruitment partners where it makes sense and ensure they deliver quality candidates \nRepresent Unifi at career fairs, networking events and other opportunities to attract great people \nDeliver onboarding that helps new employees settle in quickly, understand the business, and start contributing with confidence \nPartner closely with managers to ensure every new employee is supported, equipped and set up to succeed from day one \nBuild strong relationships with managers, understand their teams and challenges\nBe a trusted partner to managers by providing practical guidance on people and processes related decisions\nDrive the performance management process, ensuring expectations are clear, meaningful conversations happen and accountability is maintained \nWork with the HR team and wider business to deliver people initiatives that improve engagement and capability \nMake sure employee records, HR systems and people administration are accurate, reliable and up to date\nEnsure HR systems are optimally and correctly used across the business\nFollow HR process consistently and monitor employees use the right tools and systems effectively\nHelp create an environment where people can do great work, thrive and contribute to the success of the business \nActively live the Unifi way and help make Unifi a fun place to work\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.\n5+ years' experience in a generalist HR operations role, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.\nMember of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management \nConfident supporting and challenging managers when needed, using sound judgement and a practical approach.\nClear, direct and respectful communicator.\nAble to build strong relationships, earn trust and work effectively with people across teams.\nOrganised and dependable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work\nResilient, resourceful, hands-on, with a \"let's get it done\" attitude \nPassionate about helping people win and thrive in their role \nCurious and always looking for better ways to improve how
